(In case you don’t know, MIA means Missing in Action - it’s most often used to refer to soldiers who have disappeared during a battle but cannot be confirmed dead.)

I think it’s about time I let you know that I will not be around much in July. Why? For a very exciting reason: my husband and I are expecting our fourth child (a son this time - Daddy’s ecstatic!) on July 4, though the chances of that being Buddy Bear’s birthday are slim to none. Our oldest daughter is 5, our middle daughter will be 4 in about a week, and our youngest daughter will turn 3 about two weeks after I actually expect our son to be born. I think I will need at least a month’s break! *laugh*

Please don’t worry, though. I will still check e-mails and visit the blog. (Knowing me, I might even throw in a post or two during the time I am supposed to be gone.) And Linda will still be holding down the fort, taking orders, and designing as usual. She is simply wonderful, both as a person and as a designer, and I know that you will be very happy with her service. I fervently hope that this time will go by smoothly and with no noticeable change from your point of view.
